Duties

  • Supervise daily food and beverage service operations across restaurant, bar, and catering outlets to ensure smooth and efficient performance
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of servers, kitchen staff, bartenders, and support personnel to deliver top-tier service
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of food production to uphold health standards
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff on menu execution, special requests, and timely delivery of orders
  • Train team members on service protocols, safety procedures, and hospitality best practices to enhance guest satisfaction

Skills

  • Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills
  • Hands-on experience in food safety practices and maintaining hygiene standards in a busy environment
  • Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative atmosphere
  • Strong understanding of restaurant and bar operations including serving procedures, barista skills, and potential duty manager responsibilities
  • Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and management
  • Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable to understand guest expectations and service excellence
