Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring that all food and beverage operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and food service, with a passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and addressing guest inquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, bar, and kitchen spaces.
  • Support bartending duties as needed, including mixing drinks and serving beverages.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards during food preparation and service.
  • Assist with catering events, including setup, service, and breakdown.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred.
  • Bartending experience is a plus, along with familiarity with various beverages.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
