Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Hospitality Staff to join our team. This role involves delivering exceptional guest services across various hospitality settings, including hotels, restaurants, and catering events. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences and have a background in food service or hospitality environments. Duties

  • Welcome guests and ensure a warm, professional first impression
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation as required, adhering to food safety standards
  • Clear tables promptly and manage guest requests with attentiveness and courtesy
  • Support catering operations, including setting up event spaces and serving during functions
  • Maintain cleanliness of service areas in compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle guest enquiries promptly, providing information about services and facilities
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the establishment

Experience

  • Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant environments is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation and serving
  • Experience working in hotel or culinary settings is advantageous
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
  • Familiarity with guest services procedures and hospitality standards
