We’re looking for you to:

  • Lead the Design: Provide process design leadership across diverse, multi-client projects, challenging conventional thinking and driving sustainable outcomes.

  • Mentor and Inspire: Step into a mentorship role , guiding the next generation of Process Engineers and helping them become leaders in their field.

Why Stantec? It's About Your Future.

Mentorship isn't just a requirement; it's a two-way street for growth.

Furthermore, you'll join an award-winning culture: we were named International Consulting Firm of the Year and a Best Place to Work (NCE Awards 2024). We support your work-life balance with flexible working arrangements, a competitive salary, free private medical insurance, and generous paid holidays.
