Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sports Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports coaching and commitment to educating and inspiring children of all ages. This role involves leading an Boxercise After-School club between 3:30-4:30. The Sports Coach will play a crucial role in shaping the skills and character of the students and ensuring they reach their full potential.

Duties

  • To lead and deliver After-School Clubs to key stage 1 and 2 students.
  • Follow and implement session plans provided by Future Champs Edventure.
  • Monitor children's progress, providing constructive feedback and adjustments to training as necessary.
  • Foster teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among children, promoting a positive sporting culture.

Skills

  • Previous experience in sports coaching with a strong understanding of coaching methodologies (not mandatory) .
  • Strong leadership qualities that inspire trust and motivate children to achieve their best.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with children of all ages and abilities.
  • A passion for sports and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for all participants.
