Full job description

We are currently seeking a full-time Deep Cleaning Operative to work in and around Lewisham, Bexleyheath and surrounding areas. Please note that you will be expected to drive to various locations and sites each day, that need to be cleaned.

The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday and we are often able to offer Saturday overtime to staff who are interested in topping up their income.

You will be responsible for performing the following tasks in communal areas to the highest standards:

  • Cyclical carpet cleaning and floor polishing
  • Hard floor stripping and sealing with use of various machinery such as scrubber-dryers and buffing machines
  • Deep cleaning of walls and bin stores
  • Implement programmed maintenance cleaning

Previous experience is required, along with a positive, friendly attitude and great customer service skills.

A comprehensively equipped company van, full uniform and equipment will be provided along with full & detailed training.

Cleaning is a physical job, therefore you will need to be physically fit, hold a full & valid manual (not automatic) driving licence and you must be eligible to reside & work in the UK.

We offer a competitive salary starting from £12.65 per hour depending on experience, 28 days paid holiday, pension scheme and the opportunity to work in a great team within a growing organisation.
