JOB SUMMARY

  • We are seeking professional, self-employed Cleaners to support our growing portfolio of commercial contracts.
  • Applicants must have their OWN VEHICLE and be able to travel between sites as required.
  • This role is suited to reliable individuals who take pride in their work, operate to high standards, and understand that cleanliness is not cosmetic, it’s operational excellence.
  • Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene and presentation across a range of commercial premises.
  • This is a paid, self-employed opportunity offering consistent work for cleaners who are organised, trustworthy, and equipped to work independently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carry out thorough cleaning of offices, washrooms, kitchens, and communal areas using appropriate professional-grade cleaning products and equipment.
  • Ensure all floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures are consistently clean, hygienic, and presentable.
  • Replenish consumables including toilet rolls, hand soap, and paper towels Follow all health & safety and COSHH regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Identify and report maintenance issues, damage, or hazards promptly.
  • Work to agreed cleaning schedules and timeframes, delivering tasks efficiently and to specification.
  • Use cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly, in line with company policies and industry standards.

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is strongly preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and machinery.
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional attitude, reliability, and good communication skills.
  • Self-employed status required.
  • Must have own vehicle and be able to travel between commercial sites.
