JCS Southwest is a expanding cleaning business in Bristol who provides cleaning services to Airbnb's and Service accomadation across Bristol and Bath, we are looking for a Supervisor to oversee and lead a team of Housekeeping staff

Responsibilities include:

  • assigning tasks to the Housekeeping staff and monitoring their performance
  • inspecting the areas of housekeeping and addressing any complaints or issues
  • Recruiting, training new housekeeping employees
  • issuing and keeping inventories of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • addressing guests concerns and communicating with management
  • create and manage cleaning schedule
  • informing the operations lead about any maintaince issues

The Successful candidate

As an experienced housekeeping/cleaning supervisor, you must have an eye for detail and take pride in delivering high standards. Excellent customer service and communication skills are very essential for this job role.

Every other weekend
