Full job description

The Big Idea: Help Brands Get Chosen. More Often.

At WAA Chosen, we believe marketing only really matters when it makes a brand the obvious choice. That’s why everything we do – across brand, digital, PR, social, direct and events – has one purpose: to deliver creativity with commercial bite.

We’re an employee-owned agency, which means everyone here has a stake in the success we build together. It’s a place where ambition doesn’t hit a ceiling, ideas don’t stay in back rooms, and people push each other forward. One agency, three specialist hubs – Automotive, Building & Construction, and Leisure & Lifestyle – united by the goal of helping brands get chosen more often.

Now, we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Leisure & Lifestyle team. Someone who can build client confidence, navigate fast-paced campaigns, and help deliver work that strengthens relationships, grows brands, and creates real commercial impact.

What You’ll Do

You’ll manage day-to-day client relationships, becoming a trusted partner who understands their ambitions, challenges and commercial goals. You’ll make sure they feel confident that the agency has them covered — and that we’re always one step ahead.

You’ll oversee the delivery of campaigns across multiple channels, from digital activations to print and promotions, keeping timings, budgets and briefs tight. You’ll collaborate across strategy, creative, social, digital and production teams to ensure work lands brilliantly and aligns to the client’s vision.

You’ll keep an eye on trends in the Leisure & Lifestyle space, using insight to inform recommendations and uncover new ways to grow accounts. And you’ll spot opportunities to increase value — whether through new briefs, performance improvements, or smarter campaign planning.

What You Bring

You’ve spent at least 3+ years in an agency, managing integrated campaigns or supporting accounts ready for your next step. You understand how agencies work — the pace, the pressure, the relationships — and you thrive in it.

You’re commercially confident, curious, and switched on. You approach challenges through the client lens, knowing that empathy drives stronger partnerships. You’re organised and proactive, comfortable owning processes, interrogating briefs, and pushing for clarity when needed.

You’re hungry to learn, take responsibility and grow. You think differently, stay open to new ideas, and know that what you put in shapes the result you get out.

Why You’ll Love It Here

Because here, you don’t just clock in. You own it. Literally.

We’re employee-owned, so when we grow, you grow. You’ll get the rewards to match too – from generous holidays and flexi-time, to matched pensions, wellbeing support, EV schemes, learning opportunities through our YDF development programme, funded qualifications, financial coaching, cycle-to-work and town-centre perks. Add to that a buzzing collaboration space, transport links on the doorstep, immersive client experiences and regular socials – and you’ll find a place that balances ambition with enjoyment.

Apply now. Help us keep WAA Chosen, well… chosen.
