Terribly run shambles

If you could think of the worst place to work ever, then times it by 100 and you will get the idea. Just sent out working at people's houses with no idea whats going on and no support except being told to finish jobs no matter how long it takes for little money

Workers are not looked after wages not paid on time works system not reliable workers made to work extra because the system goes down regularly not run properly management have got a clue what goes on in all parts of warehouse

Treat worse than animals

I spent the better part of a year working in the 0800 repair warehouse in Washington. I came into the job expecting to be doing warehouse duties but was made to work in a workshop, cleaning kitchen appliances instead. I was given a quick tutorial on what to do and then left to my own methods. We were set unrealistic targets for how many machines we were expected to refurbish. If no equipment was available to help us lift machines we would be expected to lift things like washing machines and fridges manually. Our team leader would be more than happy to tell us how expendable we all were on a regular basis. The team leader was massively unprofessional and would come into work late in a state from being on a night out. We would be overpaid some months then underpaid others. If we had to call in sick, the woman we would speak to would be very rude and ask personal questions.

Engineer's and other cleaners worked as a team, burger van near warehouse was cheap

Cons

No training, unprofessional team leader, management couldn't care less, some engineers are totally unqualified and untrained

Productive and fun place to work

From the top to the bottom everyone is treated as equals the management stop to give advice and have the time have a conversation salery is fare working hard and this is noticed good for advancement in company too be fair one of the best places IV worked great crew all round would recommend to anyone looking for work
