Please consider twice if you want to start with 1st Class Protection. If you have any option, go for it. This company is very unprofessional, is taking advantage on you and asking to many favours. They pretend you have to work even 7 days for them and they will change you how they wan without asking. They don’t offer days off, even for your birthday! Payment is low

It is very reliable company, they do exactly what they promise.Serious and hardworking peopled are working there for many-many years and have the opportunity to grow. Money are reasonable for the nature of the job.

I have worked at this company over 5 years and can only say good things. They are reliable, pay on time, listen to you, trying to help. They do not buy rubbish's, like i did not come to work because bus did not come and that is why i always worked with very good colleagues.

There's only one problem about school holidays. They have not job out of the location. If you want to get long holiday period (partly unpaid) this is your best job.

You'll get paid minimum for a long long time no matter how you perform. Due to colleagues getting paid minimum, the atmosphere is very depressing at times. At points some people might blow a fuse and you get stressed for weeks coming. Also didn't pay extra for bank holidays as they said they would..

- You can easily get easy jobs from this company. You don't even need to be qualified and you can work a lot. - Unfortunately pay rate does not depend on what service you provide. You get the same money with those officers who don't even speak English, even if you run the flag ship location for their top client. - You have to fight for proper holiday payment.- Many people say the communication of the management is terrible. I think it is fair, considering that there is only one person who can respond to pay queries. (Wondering what if something happens to that person, who could answer then...???) Area managers are great though.- Payday on the 10th, payslip on the 15th...???Other than that I had relatively easy jobs on every location and I had good relationships with the management and the clients.

Low rate of pay for a guard that works strictly with counter terrorism £8.50 a hour is very poor when in customer service as a sales assistant I used to get £9.80 it just shows what you are treated as.
