Brain drain
Decent hours and pay, good people to work with but overall, pretty poor. Management never listened and were full of themselves. All about the profit and sod the workers. Place was falling apart and full of damp. Staff turnover was appalling. Try and avoid any 2SFG site unless you're really desperate.

It's a good place for starters. You can learn the process of making ready made meals. You are likely going to be stuck in the same position for years than having a clear path to career growth.

Fast paced, Stressful, very exhausting.
Not a work place advised for anyone who can get work elsewhere. Have been in management at 2 sisters for 2 years now and hate every day of it. Just walking in the factory itself. I see firsthand the expressions of exhaustion, stress and depression on the faces of general operatives. Not recommended for anybody. I.e. inhumane conditions anonymous review
