Typical agencey
Worked in langlands park sainsbury's warehouse job was easy and simple enough to do but the recruiter was nice for first 5 mins then the mask fell of would constantly tell lies to get you to do the shifts she wanted done or would scream and shout at you down phone most days start at 1400 and try to get holiday form of ask for certain days of and they would have went home at 1300 leaving

Like all company’s 247 has it’s good points and bad points, but I have to say the good points out way the bad.I have found senior management to be supportive and understanding. The salary is slightly above the average for the area.I enjoy working for 247.

The worst agency I have ever worked for. Most agencies I worked for are far from being perfect, but this one have aspirations to be the worst one in UK. Lack of professionalism. Poor communication. Very patronising approach. Avoid DHL assignments - promises of full time positions don't seem to materialise. You may be replaced by someone without any notice.

Pleasant and competitive workplace
As far as my function at this company is concerned, I have been a lineworker, precisely I had to pack a lot of products. In this way I have learned to be more careful and skilful in handling items. My professional experience per se at this company has been a nice one from different points of view: comfortable (as it was close to my home), a real competitive environment, the wage rate was relatively high. Furthermore, the management staff is really professional, understanding and communicative, one can reach them in case there are any problems. Another important fact to be taken into consideration is the work culture: teamwork is of uttermost importance and also, abidance by the rules. The hardest part of the job would be the long hours together with standing. But, there are good parts too: the atmosphere is pleasant and you can enjoy working with your friendly collegues.

Very basic ones , more importantly they give you the answers to the literacy and numeracy test (alarm bells should be ringing in the ears of the contractors giving these people work ) as this means people who are lacking in common sense the skills and training need to do the jobs offered safely !
