Didn't know that it was zero hours contract when they employed me and supervisor and site manager was useless and they wer never trust worthy and had their favourite worker's

Missing payments. 40% charge to rectify

Driver (Former Employee) - Harlow Town Park - 2 June 2023

This agency is everything that is typical about the dross that claims to find people work. Will only answer WhatsApp’s never phone calls. Messed up payments missing hundreds of pounds, then charge 40% to offer to pay the correct money. You’d be better off signing on than working for this bunch of cowboys.

As long as you do what's required of you nobody's stressing you. It's a warehouse job you have to respect on site rules. The on site coordinator is helpful and knowledgeable didn't had a problem with holidays and payed hours.

This agency sent me 20 miles for a shift that didn't exist because the week before I had to miss a shift. Admitted it was revenge for that on the phone. The recruitment agents are meat heads.If you're stuck out still driving at 11pm they will still expect you to be there for your next shift at 6am.

Bully Agency, You are just a number, pay mistakes, late pays, yell on adults like on kids. Promise full time 40hrs a week but If You work 30hrs You lucky, and I understand it may be a lack of work but still they should be honest what kind od hours they provide You...Avoid!

They’re not very helpful at all, treat you like a number instead of a person. Wouldn’t recommend joining with this agency at all as you’re just so replaceable and when you get on their nerves or if they dislike you you are definitely treated differently.

In general a very good and positive experience although the business cooperation with client very stressful most of times due to difficulties with providing sufficient and good quality warehouse operatives in the area. Good working hours 9am to 5pm so suitable for those who wants to have a good work-life balance. Very good on-site facilities for all employees, big on-site canteen with good quality food for affordable price.

4 on 4 off day's and nights bank holidays

If you want plenty of down time it's a good job. 4 on 4 off day's and nights. I was on the water board contact.4 day's 4 off 4 night 4 off and so on. Hourly pay is less than £14ph.you won't do many more than 40hours a week. Theres lots of test to complete on the mobile app. Managers are constantly on your back.if you don't mind low pay for loading and unloading human waste it ok.

I expect to find a nice people, but on reality they try to be smart with lies and not honest , they offer a rate for hour that I sign for that rate per hours , and them on my pay slip I get less money ,and they told me that paper that I sign its a mistake they put wrong rate by mistake .

The team at 24-7 Recruitment are extremely friendly in all departments, and it does have a nice laid back approach.It is however such a shame that it lacks so much in other areas. There are no company perks or benefits at all. You end up eating on the go, you don't have protected lunch breaks, and there is no canteen or even a designated staff room. There are no progression opportunities and the pay is very low.You are not entitled to any sick pay, and you have to pay all time back you owe to the minute even if it is a hospital appointment.The office hours are much longer than in other offices, with no early finishes on Friday's, you have to work bank holidays on a Rota and the Annual leave entitlement is the lowest of anywhere I have ever worked.All in all very disappointing!

Friendly and laid back environment

Nice and friendly team but no benefits at all, No sick pay, no bonuses, you mostly have to eat on the go and work through your breaks, no staff room, you have to pay all the time back you take for any appointments you need ! Late work finish time compared to other offices and you have to work bank holidays.
