relaxed, sales driven environment

4way Recruitment is a great place to work.
No micro management, performance based on sales, not "how many calls you done", "how many interviews have you arranged" etc etc
Very refreshing for a sales environment to work in this fashion

4way Recruitment is a highly motivating and energetic team. Flexible approach to holidays etc. Great team ethic & great earning potential. Constantly expanding to new sectors to give more opportunities to staff.
