What is A&E Services (UK) Ltd sick leave policy? How many sick days do you get per year?

There is no mention of sick leave or even how many holidays you are entitled to & if you ask .... They change the subject...The employee handbook which everyone has to read & sign is all about disciplinary procedures 25 pages of it. No mention of Welcome to the company your entitlements & what is expected of you.....It is agood company to work for...Just lacks authority & coordination..

Actually it is agood company to work for. Just needs a manager & a supervisor that can communicate like adults with their staff. I got sacked by text message how professional is that as supervisor said manager was on annual leave & couldn't be contacted. But it was ok for both of them to contact me while on holiday then refused to answer their phones. As say great company to work for, just those with power to end it how they see fit...

How do you feel about going to work at A&E Services (UK) Ltd each day?

Going to work at A&E SERVICES LTD is agreat part of the day when your working at one of the many factory contracts. There is one down side Management dont notify you when a factory shuts down for short periods nor tell you that you wont get paid either.Each day is different cleaning wise.Great colleagues to work along side and all hard working..Also the managers husband works as a supervisor apparently at one of the factories so it's best to keep your opinions to yourself or you could find out that it's no pally pally as made out...
