old fashioned way of working
Working on DWP contract . Not all work was done on computer alot of paperwork involved.Working with the unemployed which brought alot of issues at times but worked with very supportive team.

funworking and benaficial
A typical day at work would be dealing with the phones and appointments, dealing with students paper work writing letters and normal receptionist work. i learned a lot about customer service as i was also doing my NVQ level 2 in that area. I got on well with my co-workers and dealt with any problems head on together. Can't say there was a hardest part of my job because i enjoyed all that i did.

could have learnt alot more in the time that i was there but am proud that i got the qualifications that i did

Productive workplace, very friendly
I would simply photocopy, fill in, and file paperwork, i would make changes on MS Excel and answer the telephone
