Fast paced working environment Productivity increasing all the time Very close-knit and highly skilled team of employees with an abundance of experience Managed by a great team I have been employed there for around 9 years, regularly working 50+ hours per week over 6 days

Not worth it

Welder/Fabricator (Former Employee) - Dudley, West Midlands - 24 November 2022

The shop floor operatives n fabricators are very nice and helpful but if you can't read technical drawings to a very fine t don't waste your time they only make sense if you have worked there for years doing the jobs repeatedly even the most experienced fabricators struggle with new enclosures they watch you on camera every second ring bell for breaks rush you to the point of stress No training Not enough toilets for the amount of shop floor staff need I say more

Holidays accrued ain't to bad but what you endure ain't worth it

Cons

Expect you to hit the ground running if not you get the chop

Stressful environment / management do not value their team

Did not enjoy the office environment, it was very stressful. Did not feel appreciated or valued. Saw a high turnover of employees while I was there. Management do not appreciate or value their team.

Good opportunity given

Fabrication Welding Apprentice (Former Employee) - Dudley, West Midlands - 11 November 2022

I will always appreciate and respect the opportunity given by A&T enclosures Ltd. Accepting me at 29 years old as and apprentice. I will never forget that as they took me from nothing to something. I'm fully qualified fabricator welder because of A&T enclosures. I really love working there and I might come back if they give me an opportunity.

Busy but good productive place to work

There always seems to plenty to do, high quality bespoke product makes the job interesting. Very secure position with plenty of opportunity if you want to move up the ranks.
