Clean and safe enviroment

Good rate of pay if you do overtime, overtime available it you work evenings. it's clean and safe to work. Not too demanding. Friendly people. working in a production line, you get to work with tools and will get good understanding of the mechanism of modern windows and doors, nice skill to have if something goes wrong with you windows at home

Cons

rate of pay is good if you do overtime. (for evenings only)

Bad working environment

Stressful, favouritism, poor work place culture, would not recommend to friends or family. Supervisors have favourite employees who get better positions and salary. Most employees feel the same.
