I like the company. In the short time I have been there. Easy work but it can turn into long days so your wives might have a small problem. Every day different

Under paid expect you to work late.
Driver (Former Employee) - North west - 5 August 2021
If you want to keep your license clean stay away from this job. Expect you to have your break waiting for a load in the yard .you can be on a tacho break and when you get called for a load you are expected to come off it. Even if your not finished it on some days start at 6 and finish at 7 that night for no extra pay looks like they take new drivers on who don’t know about how vosa work.
Pros
None
Cons
Minimum wage job

Would recommend working for this company
Driver (Current Employee) - Deeside, Flintshire - 8 April 2021
A typical day would be 6.00am start having been given my work the night before. Drive up to the quarry for a load of Material to be delivered. Once delivered it would be a quick call to the office to take instructions for next job. The job is as hard as you make it we are given all the right tools for the job ie- we'll equipped trucks and all the tools you need and technology if needed. Once you know what you are doing in the job it becomes easy.
Pros
Work and home life balance
Cons
Might get a late night. But they are few and very far between

Hardworking
Class 2 Driver (Current Employee) - Bolton, Greater Manchester - 6 April 2021
I've worked here now coming up to two years, when you first arrive you get put through your paces I would say to make sure your good enough for the job, pay scheme is fair. Communication at time could be better in where the company is going forward. Work with them they work with you attitude within reason. They do try accommodate your needs. Other than that brilliant work force.
Pros
Quality vehicles
Cons
Communication.

Appauling company
Ex driver (Former Employee) - Bolton, Greater Manchester - 26 October 2020
You are expected to work 10- as long as it takes for minimum wage and only paid for 8hrs. They deduct money for holidays and bank holidays £10-15 per day. Unreasonable management. Absolute joke. They only concerned about the money they make. Pay cash ( minimum) for weekend to avoid tax
Pros
None
Cons
All the above
