Feeling of utter dread
It's very disorganised and deflating. You could be asked to work on a project and after 2 weeks of hard work be told it's scrapped. They waste a lot of people time and fail to see the financial costs of their poor management and decision making. It's an environment that chips away at people's confidence and I have seen so many employees down, deflated and under-valued.
