A canteen Pay & benefits reviews

A typical day at work is understaffed, stressful, and pressures. Unfortunately you do a great job but do not get treated well by the owners. It is not managed all that well. The staff benefits are minimal, and they only just bought in a free kids meal for staff! I believe if you were treated better by management then it would be a great place to work.
