Too much for the management to handle let alone the part time staff

Family business that favours members of staff that are part of this family. Unfair shift requirements and unprofessional supervisors and manager. Extremely busy store that the management cannot handle meaning more pressure for part time staff which they are not trained for. Worst summer job I have had.

Hard working but rewarding

Maintaining good awareness of the business of the shop floor and stock therein is the key to maintaining a good days work at A Class Apart. Most of the day itself is spent serving customers and fitting them with the appropriate uniforms that they need. You learn a different kind of customer service compared to some other jobs as it is very customer orientated and personal business getting to know each and every client who needs uniform at the business. It is a family run business and therefore each senior member of the management team is undoubtedly committed to the business and this reflects on to the rest of the staff too. The most challenging part of this is job is maintaining composure when the shop flood inevitably gets busy. You need to keep a calm head and focus on multiple clients at once
