A positive team working hard together

This is a company that is working hard to create a really positive work environment for our carers and offer an outstanding service for our customers. We are moving to a new office in June which is really exciting as it has a range of facilities which staff can take advantage of, including gym, spa and bistro. We are a team on the up and you can really feel it in the office.

Care for care workers

I joined A Class Care over year ago as self employer. Managment communication between me and Agency is always clear and nice with respect in both offices. Salary good. Trainings always offered and full 24h support pluse advice. Lots of choice between clients and freedom with pick your days or weeks off or work. Always positive if any emergency. Im enjoy working for A Class.

Avoid

No space to tell why NEVER go to work there. Very bad pay, no holiday pay, food is included in their low salary per week, they dont contribute to travel costs at all. If they make a mistake with the organisitaion of working rota the worker will pay for it, literally deducted from the wage. They wouldnt reimburse what they should. The whole thing is a mess.

Best company in the care industry.Good, friendly and proactive management team. At A-class every one is important. They are down to earth and keep to their words and contractual agreements.They have employees best interest while providing world-class best services to clients.

Great lovely managers. Initially started as one week a month then I got a permanent client which was great. Quite organised and the colleuges are nice too
