Enjoyable and motivational

Support from the company to make a difference to people at the latter stages of their life. Benefits from the company that ensure you are able to do your job to the best of your ability. Management are easily contactable and encourage communication with them and encourage asking questions. I love being able to meet so many different people and finding out everything about them to give them the best support possible with our live in carers.

This is a terrible place to work,Give it a very very wide birthAwful, awful horrendous they wants your blood and soul, work load horrendous. senior management change goal posts to suit them, they say things and change their mind dont tell you, under staffed and expect rest to carry all work load advand get no extra. Problem never solved,Please dont even give it a thought.Four people left within as many months.
