Hard nightshift work with different Management

Not a good place to work for a few weeks but we have a lot of work for our weekend off work for me as I'm going away next week 4ree and I have a smart phone and a phone call for the rest of the week so I'll have to wait until prep assistant in prep assistant

Small family ran business
The days past very quickly and everyone knew a little bit if each others role to help out where needed. A flexible, multi skilled environment.Everyone works within a friendly team however communication was not great nor were moving projects on.I enjoyed meeting a diverse range of characters and being able to share my knowledge with othersWhat would you say about your employer?
