A friendly place to work in a family-run business where you're treated and regarded as an individual and not a number or drone.Everyone gets on will with each other and each department regards the other with respect.Flexible with personal issues where possible if they arise but they don't tolerate anyone who takes advantage so don't go there thinking it'll be an "easy ride."

Pros

Friendly atmosphere. If you work hard they will look after you.

Cons

Short lunch breaks.

Enjoyable place to work with good hrs and good rates of pay. It's good to be trusted to make your own decisions and makes a change not to be watched and monitored like in other companies
