there are better places to work
having work there as mechanical fitter I would advise anyone considering job with these people to think carefully.Health & safety an afterthought and workforce that are in the majority unskilled and not speak basic english, wage discrepancies are common and managers interfere the engineering side when they have no technical skills themselves. Manager not willing to listen or take complaints seriously and sack people that question bad decision so unless you are willing to turn a blind eye to own safety and of others then I would not say they are good employer.electrician in Skellingthorpe, Lincolnshire

Not a good place to work
Poor working conditions, wage discrepancies, weak management. When on call the company vehicles were taken by other people meaning had to use own car, then not paid for attending call out. What would you say about your employer?
