Bad Money, No Progression, Unfair Management
Business Administration Assistant (Current Employee) - Manchester, Greater Manchester - 23 May 2017
I have worked at AJ Bell for the best part of two years now and I constantly get more and more work piled on me that I am not getting any extra money for. I have brought up a payrise on several occasions but because my "Job title" has not changed I am not entitled to one.
All in all I would not recommend A J Bell unless you have no aspirations in life and do not want to be paid fairly and progress.
