Mixed Opinions
Order Management Executive (Former Employee) - Slinfold, West Sussex - 28 July 2020
The positives of this company are that the building is lovely, high tech and spacious. A few of the people are lovely and there is room for climbing the ladder if you want to progress.
However
The negatives are that there is a false sense of community with many of the employees either dating or related to one another making for an incestuous and cliquey environment. If your face fits you will do well here but if you are not embroiled in the culture you will be bullied and the management team will.not resolve it.

Some team leaders lack serious empathy and ability to communicate, nothing some experience and coaching could resolve, Just wanted to see AJW take those staff members under their wing and give them some resources to learn.
