Productive workplace
Firstly after arriving on site, check with management about any changes to work schedules. Then collect appropriate materials from compound needed for the days work, i. e radiators, sanitary ware, pipe etc. Load out house with materials and tools and begin work but checking plans and drawings accordingly. step up from installing
Supervision of around 30 installers on various new build housing projects and domestic installations, quickly learned me how to deal with both staff and management issues. Gave me confidence to deal with site issues with both clients and installers. reporting to the directors and contracts managers opened up to me how companies operate. again the hardest part was distances covered, enjoyable part...What would you say about your employer?
