As the GM I left it to my managers to enforce discipline. As long the employees were on time, not on their cell phones all night, and provided extraordinary customer service, You will love it there. I let my staff have have free Gelato, a free meal if your day was 8 hours. If your a mature adult, with a solid work ethic, You will love the place.

Perfect for student

Schedule is perfect for students, most of the workers are part-time you learn how to interact with high end retail customer, and the owner is willing to teach you.

empresa en crecimiento... y emprendedora.. buenos resultados.. excelente atencion. y ambiente laboral.. desarrollarse en esta tienta es de crecimiento laboral y personal.. tanto como grupal.. gran manejo de personal.. como de insumos y necesidades de la empresa.. grato ambiente tienda amano un dia tipico de trabajo es con gran dispocicion y colegas- grato ambiente y gran dispocicion. mi evaluacion personal de esta empresa es satisfactoria y de gran crecimiento administrativo.

llegamos nos cambiamos tomamos algo,y empezamos a trabajar Cocina argentina y lo que es ensaladas y aprendi a ser muy rapidoy responsable,por lo que es muy extricto en todo. carilo,argentina muy buenas persona trabajo en equipo .la parte mas dificil era alveces con las personas xq algunos llegaban con un caracter pero bueno siempre paciente .LO mas lindo del trabajo comiamos carne a full y los dueños bien piolas osea alegres .

aumento de sueldo, vacaciones pagadas.en verando te aumenta el doble

Cons

no podiamos tomar las bebidas como gaseosas
