Drab.
Our boss left us to run two massive warehouses full of furniture between only 3 of us, I was supposed to be working as an operative but ran one of the warehouses on my own and took on the role of a manager or supervisor with no change in benefits or wages.
when he realized the level of work was too much for only the three of us he promised a pay rise (this of course didn't happen), and then later...What would you say about your employer?
