Busy workplace

Possibly the best job I've had
Left alone to set my own work load. Learned lots from warehouse/logistics, inspections, repair, de-bug to final quality inspections and earned the trust from management to be trained for PAT testing and become a fire marshal. Management was great to get on with and have a laugh with, co-workers were great. Most enjoyable part was working there.technician in Norwich, ENG

This company exploits workers and gives nothing in return
-the most important are the only statistics,
-technological problem must be solved by the workers - lack of management support
-lack of planning of production - so they are interruptions in production and still exemptions employees
