Job requires to be focus all the time and very fast paste management team was quite disrespectful and sometimes it makes you feel like you are easily replaceable.

Busy workplace

I very liked this job. People are nice, friendly and helpfull. I learned how to fixing mobile phones due to company procedures and I enjoy it.

Possibly the best job I've had

Reworker - Production Line Operator (Former Employee) - Larbert - Scotland - 16 July 2015

Left alone to set my own work load. Learned lots from warehouse/logistics, inspections, repair, de-bug to final quality inspections and earned the trust from management to be trained for PAT testing and become a fire marshal. Management was great to get on with and have a laugh with, co-workers were great. Most enjoyable part was working there.

This company exploits workers and gives nothing in return

-the most important are the only statistics, -technological problem must be solved by the workers - lack of management support -lack of planning of production - so they are interruptions in production and still exemptions employees -employees do not have any opportunities to improve their skills and training are only to increase productivity
