The people you work with a very nice and friendly but poor management , hours are not enough unfortunately, you get breaks only within changing the places , most of the time not enough people

Great company to work for!

I worked from home, but always had support from the directors of A Space In The City. I learned that I am good at managing my own time. It was a fantastic company to word for. The hardest part of the job was not being in the office environment and enjoying the interaction with other members of staff. The best part of the job was being relied upon and trusted to get the work done in my own time.

Worst place ever worked

Don't expect to just work 9-6, expected to do whatever hours are required to fit in with business needs even be on-call to guests all night but then not paid any extra. Business owners that are belittling of their staff with a bullying way if they don't get what they want. Terrible morale in office as no one feels job is secure. Huge staff turnover, people there one day & gone the next. Which is sad as some of the staff are nice people.
