Great team
Staff are really friendly and willing to help. Work comes at a nice pace, rarely any great deal of pressure. Good training opportunities. Enjoyed my time working there.Administrator in Carlisle, Cumbria

Avoid - Very badly managed
Worked here for a couple of years. Staff turnover was like something I had never seen before, most people (directors included) only last a matter of months. Office culture is not warm and inviting. There are one or two nice people but most would stab you in the back. Work is slow, boring and has no direction. Days are very very long. Management are lazy and very good at delegating. welcoming environment
I currently work 6 until 2. I make sure the lines have the appropriate coils for production. I also make sure the coils are off loaded and stored in the correct manner.What would you say about your employer?
