Great team

Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedStaff are really friendly and willing to help. Work comes at a nice pace, rarely any great deal of pressure. Good training opportunities. Enjoyed my time working there.

Avoid - Very badly managed
Administrator (Former Employee) - Carlisle, Cumbria - 2 February 2023
Worked here for a couple of years. Staff turnover was like something I had never seen before, most people (directors included) only last a matter of months. Office culture is not warm and inviting. There are one or two nice people but most would stab you in the back. Work is slow, boring and has no direction. Days are very very long. Management are lazy and very good at delegating. Also very good at fudging figures and telling lies. HR lady was highly untrustworthy and completely unapproachable. Very negative and stale atmosphere. Very old fashioned and unwilling to change. Anyone they don’t like they get rid of unfairly. Not a nice place. Would not recommend to anyone.
Pros
Overpaid
Cons
No security, horrible atmosphere, location is very remote and work has no direction
