Good job but depends on the planner
Good job and pays well and new trucks. Can be a bully culture depending on what planner you have. No work life balance unless you are one of the favourites who always got back first

Long hours but the money is worth it all . Good people who work there and will help you out as much as possible. Up to date on all health and safety

poor man management and poor pay.
Never paid the correct money and always over worked. Poor management, and would never work for this company again. Since I started working for them, I had nothing but constant problems with my pay and HR were never helpful. I did overtime, and the money just never worked out correct from week to week. Really disappointed with my experience, and would not recommend them as a company to work for.

Avoid as other drivers moan about you and what your getting
Other drivers constantly moan your earning more than them and they dont even do as much work as you they get up around 7 and moan your ahead of them and earning a better fuel bonus

Don't believe a thing they tell you,
My honest opinion of this company is its run like the 1980s no respect for drivers your contract is like 2 pages of how they will rip you off. You get a set week rate which is really low regardless of hours, not hourly rate. They top it to a decent wage with bonuses which they can take away at any time every driver there cannot understand their payslips or how the bonuses are calculated.
