Decent company to work for, wage is pretty good for the work. Do what you need to do and the planners leave you alone. Decent bits of kit well maintained.

Excellent wages - have to work for it.

AW Jenkinson is a good place to work as a driver. The wages are on par but you will struggle to work them out as you are paid a basic rate then 20% of what your truck makes.Equipment is good and they have no problems getting trailers in and sorting the problem immediately. Work is ok if you are prepared to graft, can be a bit dirty/smelly at times. Management in some offices needs looked at, but majority of planners are spot on.

Bad planners if they don’t think u have done enough they keep u out on a Friday night as punishment Expected to take truck to dealers at end of the weekTrailers needing fixed Load bonus that nobody can explain
