The Care worker mentioned in the previous post has had multiple collisions which is why they were not allowed to drive the company vehicles. also they were part time and worked 16hours a week?

The previous comment is just a personal attack and has no truth, as we both manage different areas of the business and are infrequently in the same office for any period of time. And our staff turnover is not high by any standards we have a well established team that have been with us for over a year and above. Staff turnover is a cost to the company so not something any business can sustain.
