9 questions about working at A and K Home Care
We always try strive to improve staff and constantly listen to feed back from new and existing. reviews are always a very one sided platform and a constant cause of negative feed back from job hoppers, you may not always understand or agree with a bosses decision however you may not have all the information to make that judgement. In care especially there are a number of factors considered in making a decision and sometimes we can meet preferences and sometimes we have to consider the legislation and direction of other care professionals sometimes this is not information we are at liberty to disclose.

The previous comment is just a personal attack and has no truth, as we both manage different areas of the business and are infrequently in the same office for any period of time. And our staff turnover is not high by any standards we have a well established team that have been with us for over a year and above.Staff turnover is a cost to the company so not something any business can sustain.
