Poor Excuse For Multi-Million Pound Company
Warehouse Operative / Order Picker (Former Employee) - Willenhall, West Midlands - 13 December 2019
The place is poorly managed running out of things you need like baskets. Then they don’t pay you for time wasting waiting for equipment you need. To say they “turned over millions” they are not prepared for the days work ahead, they know what work they’re facing each day but don’t ever have the required equipment for you to do your job.

Assembler/ Order Picker (Former Employee) - Willenhall - 22 May 2019
a pleasant place to work at, friendly people, understanding boss and flexible hours. however, this job is manual work so do expect to sweat whilst there.

Order Picker/Warehouse Operative (Former Employee) - Walsall - 15 April 2016
the management isn't the best as there all young and treat people like they were in school and the way they discipline people is a joke. if ya had a day off you would come back and on that day they put you somewhere where you don't like to work in other words the bad jobs .
Pros
break every 2 hours
Cons
could work a 60 hour week

Cold and tiring
Assembler and order picker (Former Employee) - Wolverhampton, ENG - 21 December 2015
We'd get in and start work for 12pm in the afternoon, where we're responsible for picking orders to the specifications on the handheld picker. Every 2 hours of picking we did we got a 10 minute break. The management were okay at times, but sometimes missed things. It was the co-workers that got you through the shift, otherwise it was pretty dreary. The hardest part was running around for 10-12 hours picking orders in the chilled section. The enjoyable part was hitting the target and being able to go home
Pros
There weren't any
Cons
Very long hours

Fast paced warehouse.
Order Picker (Former Employee) - Willenhall, ENG - 19 September 2013
The work was fast paced, worked until all the jobs were done for each day. Other workers were friendly but there wasn't really much time to talk as you were always moving. Didn't really see top management around.

order picker forklift driver (Current Employee) - darlaston - 21 April 2013
I order pick and forklift drive, i have learned new skills such as order picking, problem solving. good communication within the management team. i get along with all my co-workers, the hardest part of the job is being able to get the task completed without enough men. the most enjoyable part of my job is knowing i have completed all tasks for the day.
