Grateful for the chance of employment. Very good at producing very hi-tech materials for the Aircraft Industry.Run by a successful family management team.The culture of Health and safety left a lot to be desired.Heavy lifting and cramped working conditions were not ideal.The best part of the job was the driving and meeting different people.

Tea and Coffee provided.

Cons

NOT the best work force for work ethics.
