The hardest part of the job is gaining customer satisfaction when unable to complete the job at hand due to a part being required. I learnt how a photocopier works and how to put it onto a network.

The hardest part of my current job is being on my own most of the time. I meet and greet clients everday which is one of the positives about my job. I have learnt to be professional in everything I do. I am very talkative to all of our clients, and have a very trustworthy relationship. I like to be busy.
