I feel very disappointed that A24Group group don't think about their workers in times of price increase in daily commodities they reduced pay instead.

A good agency, but only when it is busy

Professional agency, and professionally run. I very much enjoyed working for them, but I rarely do nowadays (if at all), due the fact that they just don't have much work anymore. Not around here anyway. Because of this I have had to start joining other work agencies so I can get more work. I worked 60 hour weeks for A24 in 2021 and 2022. But in 2023, I have worked one shift for them. That is how bad it has been. Unless things get busy again with the A24 group, working for them is now just a distant memory, unfortunately.

Agency employed way too many carers lately expecially those once on care visas,number of good pay shifts , standards and skilled staff declined,only available shifts are those one for minimal pay in the worst care homes!
