Good but long hours
I took this job over other really good opportunities out there and I kinda regret my decision. Really nice people work here but the budget is the bottom line and can often lead you doing after hours work and feeling burnt out.

Progressive workplace with flexible/remote working and a great selection of projects
Feels like leadership have the right priorities at AECOM, a lot of emphasis and support on wellbeing, mental health, company have a positive ED&I strategy, with proactive steps being taken to improve diversity in all its forms. The range of projects are also great. Pay could definitely be better, but in my opinion, you can't put a price on good workplace culture, great leadership, nice colleagues...
