Working with constantly changing data/guidelines or with lack of information.
Keeping up with different scheduling processes of 75 different construction contractors some of them were working on housing projects, and the others on infrastructure and utilities projects, that is why we had to come up with a Master Schedule, and a Guideline for baseline development, resource scheduling, and recovery scheduling.
