Poor culture and ethics

Micromanagement was prevalent throughout the company. Individuals were not given sufficient autonomy to showcase their skills and creativity. This hindered personal growth and job satisfaction. Many capable employees felt undervalued and stifled in their roles, ultimately resulting in a decrease in overall productivity.
