Great question! We're going to follow this one so we can read our employee feedback.

  • Look to offer better development opportunities- no real room for growth within many roles

  • I would make managers a countable for their actions and heads of department accountable for their management teams actions.

  • Flexibility. I wanna say that some of the policies are too rigid so AXA needs to loosen up a bit

  • I would work on making the company more flexible for working parents and bring back term time contracts that they once had and staff with children at school age would qualify once a child leaves high school the contract would then revert to normal shift patterns or part time hours.

  • Change the management team.

  • Start over.. actually learn from mistakes. Make a decision that is well thought through and stick to it!

  • I personally think the management we/are doing a good job. I still know people working there.
The fact that they have staff working there over 10-15 years

or more, is a testament to that in itself.
